In Burundi, finding a house to rent or buy is really difficult and sometimes too expensive. Amazu is an application that facilitates both the seller and the buyer, the tenant and the landlord. On the tenant side, he/she has the opportunity to see the houses that are on the market (sale or rental), choose which one that suits him/her in the district where he/she wishes and contact the seller directly without having to pay commission fees.

On the seller or landlord side, to be able to put a property online via our application, he/she must first create his/her account and then pay the commission costs according to the category he/she has chosen. 

In fact, the business itself, does not present direct competitors in Burundi. No online sales and real estate company uses the Android or web application with Ecocash as an electronic payment method.
